			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yeah, I am back from my trip! Such a nice break!! <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) Some of the hottest weather, but it was so much fun visiting New York City and DC. We had tons of fun&#8230;.and did tons of walking. I tried my best to be strict and eat healthy. I did a pretty good job. Was surprise that some restaurants actually served turkey burgers and sweet potato fries! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Lol! I am sure that many restaurants in big cities do, but here now of the restaurants do!! Oh and Denny&#8217;s serves egg whites and many other healthy choices now&#8230;like chicken sausage patties&#8230;.and fruit cups. They have a build your own grand slam, with many healthy options now. Nevertheless, I gained a few pounds on the trip. I think some of it has to do with even with eating healthy, I was eating a lot leaner at home, so eating the food I did was a lot heavier than I am use to! Also I had a few drinks while we were on vacation.</p>
<p>I am so glad for the break! It was nice to see my boyfriend&#8217;s family since last September, so it was SOOOO encouraging to hear them rave about how much weight I have lost! It was so motivating! I am ready to hit the gym and lose more weight! I can tell this break is definitely what I needed to regain some motivation. I have had a great food day and went to the gym! I am excited to see my results for the week!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Going to try and start working out before work. It has been hard going after work. With summer coming and such beautiful weather, it is hard to want to go to the gym. I&#8217;m hoping by going I the morning it will get it out of the way. I&#8217;m going to try it this week. We will see how it goes!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yeah! I am back on track! I lost all the weight that I had put on due to pain killers and lack of being able to work out!</p>
<p>I even hit a milestone this week, I have lost 45 lbs since I started this journey!! Wow!! It amazes me! I am so excited.</p>
<p>Things have been going great as I am getting back in to the routine of things. It definetely has been hard to go to the gym. It seemed to be a lot easier when it was a routine, but now that I have been out of the routine for a little over a week. It seems a lot harder to go. Also my work out partner doesn&#8217;t ever seem to be able to make it. It is so much easier to go when I know someone is going to be meeting me there. Oh well. I can do this!</p>
<p>I have my trip in under 4 weeeks. Still hoping to lose at least 10 lbs before then! More would be nice to reach my previous goal. But either way, I will be happy.</p>
<p>Also my boyfriend is taking about going to Hawaii this fall with some of his friends&#8230;.that definetely is motivation to get my butt moving in the gym! I want to be able to wear cute clothes and not be hiding beind swimsuit covers and stuff.</p>

<p>Workouts are good, definitely not great as I am getting my body back into them after falling! But I am starting back. Did the cardio part the last few days. I feel like my body is ready to add the weights back in to! </p>
<p>It has just been so frustrating these let few weeks. I was looking back over the last 2 months. I just feel like my results haven&#8217;t been as ideal as I would like them. When I stop and think though, I was sick puking for over a week, one week I hurt mu foot and couldn&#8217;t wear shoes and then I fall down a flight of stairs. It really has been an eventful last few weeks! And all those things have definitely put a road block in working out! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
<p>I&#8217;m hoping that I am done with these kind of things for a while! I feel like I have had my share fair of them! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I leave 4 weeks from today for my vacation! I am just focusing on working out hard and sticking to my diet plan! Hopefully I&#8217;ll have some great results! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
<p>I&#8217;m almost back to my weight I was before I fell and took pain meds that made me gain weight! I am hoping to weight in this weekend at that weight! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Woo hoo!! I am back on track. Last week set me back a little, I am up a couple pounds due to the pain meds. Not working out didn&#8217;t seem to help either! I saw how much I rely on premaking my food on Sundays. It was incredibly hard to eat on track.</p>
<p>But it is a brand new week! My food is all prepped! Gym clothes are in my car to head to the gym right after work. I am waiting to see how my body does. If it does good, then I will hit the gym in the morning too!! Kind of just waiting to see how I do. </p>
<p>I am just easy to hit the gym hard and drop some lbs before I go on vacation&#8230;down to 30 days!! I want to lose at least 12 lbs! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So it has not been a good last few days&#8230;.. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>On friday night after work, I fell down a flight on stairs onto concrete. THANK GOD, nothing was broken, but I hurt myself pretty bad. I have bruise on my hips and really hurt my left elbow and shoulder&#8230;so I have been out of the work out plan for the last 3 days! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  I feel so out of shape. On top of that the pain killers they gave me are making me gain weight! It is so depressing! It feels like a step back!</p>
<p>Thankfully I am starting to feel ALOT better! My goal is to be up and moving by this weekend. Sadly not at the same intensity, but defintely back into the workout routine!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It has been a day since I check in, Wednesday night went great! Cirque of Dreams was an amazing show, I definitely recommend it if you get the chance to see it!! <p>Yesterday went just as well!! Right on point! Every meal every 2 1/2 to 3 hours and drank over 5 liters of water. Excercise was great. It was my usual routine with weights and the treadmill. Did an extra 30 minutes, wish I would of had more tim to do more&#8230;.but time was definitely not on my side yesterday! It was so hectic and crazy! But I manage to follow my eating plan perfectly!</p>
<p>Today has had the same tone. It has gone sooo smoothly!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I have eaten every 2 1/2 hours. Just enjoy my 3 rd meal&#8230;.waiting for it to digest and then headed to the gym for some cardio!! I usually skip Fridays&#8230;Just work out every other day and let Friday be my day of rest&#8230;.but there is no time for that with my goal in mind! So I am headed for 2 hours of cardio at the gym! It is going to be great!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>4 days down, almost 5&#8230;cant wait to weigh in and measure to see how well all my hard work has paid off this week!! Let the pounds melt off&#8230;.crossing my fingers and hoping for 3 lbs!! 3 lbs a week will let me hit my goal!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>On another note, I realized that I forgot to say that I went to a Bridal Shower for a friend this last weekend. There were friends there that I haven&#8217;t seen in almost a year&#8230;.it was so great to see them. None of them have seen me since I lost weight! It was so great to hear their compliments. They were all like &#8220;wow you have lost an amazing amount of weight&#8230;you look good&#8221;. It was so encouraging. I think it is easy to get caught up in the fact that it is just not instantaneous to be thin&#8230;it is nice to know/hear that your hard work is really paying off and is noticable!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Sooo&#8230;.the weekend is ALWAYS the hardest for me to stay on point. I always catch myself forgetting to eat every 2 1/2 hours&#8230;..or I find myself at a restaurant where there is nothing clean to eat! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  So I am going to try really hard! Tonight I am headed out to dinner with my cousin. We are going to Applebees. I will order chicken with no sauce or anything. and then just broccoli on the side. I think that is the closest to my meal plan. I will throw some almonds in my purse to eat with it. Tomorrow night, I have dinner plans with my boyfriend. I think I will just plan on making dinner for us so I can guarantee that it is all clean. I don&#8217;t have any other plans during meals this weekend&#8230;.so all else should go good!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   Here is praying for a perfect right on point weekend!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This morning was a KILLER to get up! Lol! Don&#8217;t they always say that about the third day! My body was not happy with me! I did a bunch of stretching when I go there and a bunch of stretching after! I didn&#8217;t have as intense workout as I usually do. My goal We to keep my body moving and I did just that. Did the bike instead of doing the treadmill the whole time. Did 10 miles in 40 minutes&#8230;so definitely not as hard as I normally do, but still really good. Then I finished up with 20 minutes on the treadmill with only half the incline I normally do! My legs couldn&#8217;t go any steeper&#8230;LOL!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
<p>As I was working out this morning and really pushing myself, despite the large objections from my body! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  it made me think of what Bob (the trainer on Biggest Loser) said a few episodes ago. He was talking about how it has to be tough, you want it to be miserable.so that you always remember how hard it was to get the weight off&#8230;so that way you never go back! That really stuck with me. This isn&#8217;t a walk in the park. It sucks to eat fish! ( yes I think I&#8217;ll say that in every blog!) And it is miserable getting up at 4:30 in the morning! But it has to be like this! When I am at my goal weight, it is the journey that lead me to my goal weight that will keep me there! I don&#8217;t want to eat egg whites or fish (that isn&#8217;t smoothered in sauce and glaze!) Again! And I  sure as hell don&#8217;t want to work out for this amount of time so intensely again! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p> I know I go this&#8230;45 days to New York! First 2 days&#8230;PURE PERFECTION!! today will be the same!! Going to watch Cirque Dreams tonight!! Excited for the play! Not excited for the tempting food!! Cotton candy, ice cream, wine, beer, hot dogs, etc. The girl I am going with. (My supposed work out partner&#8230;although she bailed again for tonight!) is already planning on guzzling wine! But I know I got this. I planned my meals so I&#8217;m eating right before I go! That way I will be nice and full!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I will drink plenty of water! Now you can all hold me accountable to that!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
<p>Here&#8217;s to an awesome day 3!! Going to try to go for a walk during my lunch today! We will see how busy the day gets! I only have time to do stairs and weights today, which all together will only be 2 hours and 15 minutes of workout, been aiming for 2 1/2 to 3 hours a day&#8230;.maybe time will be on my side and I can do the treadmill for 20 minutes after weights! Say a prayer time is good to me!! </p>
<p>On a side note, I want to know how the contestants on the Biggest Loser work out 6 hours or more a day!! I am in better shape then most of them when they start out&#8230;.yet just 3 hours a day is kicking my butt!! Lol!  I wonder if they bathe in icy hot like I do!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

		<description><![CDATA[The rest of the day was perfect! Followed my meal plan&#8230;exactly!! Drank over 5 liters of water! Plugged my nose again through the fish! just keep reminding myself how great I am going to look. Did an hour of cardio plus weights tonight! Then went back to the gym for another round of cardio strip!! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The rest of the day was perfect! Followed my meal plan&#8230;exactly!! Drank over 5 liters of water! Plugged my nose again through the fish! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  just keep reminding myself how great I am going to look. Did an hour of cardio plus weights tonight! Then went back to the gym for another round of cardio strip!! Soo much fun, I am finally starting to get the hang of it! </p>
<p>Now just sitting with a heating pad on my back and icy hot all over my body! Lol! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  and watching biggest loser! I love this show. </p>
<p>Day 2 is almost complete and it has been a success!! 45 days to go!! <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </p>
