Yeah! I am back on track! I lost all the weight that I had put on due to pain killers and lack of being able to work out!
I even hit a milestone this week, I have lost 45 lbs since I started this journey!! Wow!! It amazes me! I am so excited.
Things have been going great as I am getting back in to the routine of things. It definetely has been hard to go to the gym. It seemed to be a lot easier when it was a routine, but now that I have been out of the routine for a little over a week. It seems a lot harder to go. Also my work out partner doesn’t ever seem to be able to make it. It is so much easier to go when I know someone is going to be meeting me there. Oh well. I can do this!
I have my trip in under 4 weeeks. Still hoping to lose at least 10 lbs before then! More would be nice to reach my previous goal. But either way, I will be happy.
Also my boyfriend is taking about going to Hawaii this fall with some of his friends….that definetely is motivation to get my butt moving in the gym! I want to be able to wear cute clothes and not be hiding beind swimsuit covers and stuff.
