This week is going pretty good! Getting back in to the swing of things! Meals have been going great! It helps so much to have everything premade!
Workouts are good, definitely not great as I am getting my body back into them after falling! But I am starting back. Did the cardio part the last few days. I feel like my body is ready to add the weights back in to!
It has just been so frustrating these let few weeks. I was looking back over the last 2 months. I just feel like my results haven’t been as ideal as I would like them. When I stop and think though, I was sick puking for over a week, one week I hurt mu foot and couldn’t wear shoes and then I fall down a flight of stairs. It really has been an eventful last few weeks! And all those things have definitely put a road block in working out!
I’m hoping that I am done with these kind of things for a while! I feel like I have had my share fair of them!
I leave 4 weeks from today for my vacation! I am just focusing on working out hard and sticking to my diet plan! Hopefully I’ll have some great results!
I’m almost back to my weight I was before I fell and took pain meds that made me gain weight! I am hoping to weight in this weekend at that weight!
