Woo hoo!! I am back on track. Last week set me back a little, I am up a couple pounds due to the pain meds. Not working out didn’t seem to help either! I saw how much I rely on premaking my food on Sundays. It was incredibly hard to eat on track.
But it is a brand new week! My food is all prepped! Gym clothes are in my car to head to the gym right after work. I am waiting to see how my body does. If it does good, then I will hit the gym in the morning too!! Kind of just waiting to see how I do.
I am just easy to hit the gym hard and drop some lbs before I go on vacation…down to 30 days!! I want to lose at least 12 lbs!
