So I officially stink at blogging. It always slips my mind….too focused on everything else! Anyways down 2 more lbs this last week! :) feeling like I am getting back into the swing of things!!

Going to try and start working out before work. It has been hard going after work. With summer coming and such beautiful weather, it is hard to want to go to the gym. I’m hoping by going I the morning it will get it out of the way. I’m going to try it this week. We will see how it goes!





Day 143 with Erin!!

Yeah! I am back on track! I lost all the weight that I had put on due to pain killers and lack of being able to work out!

I even hit a milestone this week, I have lost 45 lbs since I started this journey!! Wow!! It amazes me! I am so excited.

Things have been going great as I am getting back in to the routine of things. It definetely has been hard to go to the gym. It seemed to be a lot easier when it was a routine, but now that I have been out of the routine for a little over a week. It seems a lot harder to go. Also my work out partner doesn’t ever seem to be able to make it. It is so much easier to go when I know someone is going to be meeting me there. Oh well. I can do this!

I have my trip in under 4 weeeks. Still hoping to lose at least 10 lbs before then! More would be nice to reach my previous goal. But either way, I will be happy.

Also my boyfriend is taking about going to Hawaii this fall with some of his friends….that definetely is motivation to get my butt moving in the gym! I want to be able to wear cute clothes and not be hiding beind swimsuit covers and stuff.





Day 141 with Erin!

This week is going pretty good! Getting back in to the swing of things! Meals have been going great! It helps so much to have everything premade! :)

Workouts are good, definitely not great as I am getting my body back into them after falling! But I am starting back. Did the cardio part the last few days. I feel like my body is ready to add the weights back in to!

It has just been so frustrating these let few weeks. I was looking back over the last 2 months. I just feel like my results haven’t been as ideal as I would like them. When I stop and think though, I was sick puking for over a week, one week I hurt mu foot and couldn’t wear shoes and then I fall down a flight of stairs. It really has been an eventful last few weeks! And all those things have definitely put a road block in working out! :(

I’m hoping that I am done with these kind of things for a while! I feel like I have had my share fair of them! :) I leave 4 weeks from today for my vacation! I am just focusing on working out hard and sticking to my diet plan! Hopefully I’ll have some great results! :)

I’m almost back to my weight I was before I fell and took pain meds that made me gain weight! I am hoping to weight in this weekend at that weight! :)





Day 138 with Erin!!

Woo hoo!! I am back on track. Last week set me back a little, I am up a couple pounds due to the pain meds. Not working out didn’t seem to help either! I saw how much I rely on premaking my food on Sundays. It was incredibly hard to eat on track.

But it is a brand new week! My food is all prepped! Gym clothes are in my car to head to the gym right after work. I am waiting to see how my body does. If it does good, then I will hit the gym in the morning too!! Kind of just waiting to see how I do.

I am just easy to hit the gym hard and drop some lbs before I go on vacation…down to 30 days!! I want to lose at least 12 lbs! :)
