So it has not been a good last few days…..
On friday night after work, I fell down a flight on stairs onto concrete. THANK GOD, nothing was broken, but I hurt myself pretty bad. I have bruise on my hips and really hurt my left elbow and shoulder…so I have been out of the work out plan for the last 3 days!
I feel so out of shape. On top of that the pain killers they gave me are making me gain weight! It is so depressing! It feels like a step back!
Thankfully I am starting to feel ALOT better! My goal is to be up and moving by this weekend. Sadly not at the same intensity, but defintely back into the workout routine!!
Just wanted to give you an update…I’ll keep you posted!
